During this 30-minute presentation we will explore the potential disconnect between the information gathered and information used to develop meaningful education and training content for our patients, families and caregivers. We will discuss how this disconnect can affect your accreditation outcome and more importantly your patient outcomes. We will also share some simple strategies to smooth the process, and alleviate the disconnect that can exist.

Zoom requires each participant to authenticate their attendance by completing the Zoom registration. Those individuals interested in viewing the recording must register separately at the Zoom link prior to the start of the webinar. Zoom will send each individual registered an email containing an access link to view the recording.

Registration fees must be paid at time of registration.

Pat Cook, BS, RPH, HACP, Senior Consultant, Head of Consulting Services, Courtemanche & Associates
Pat manages Courtemanche & Associate’s business development initiatives and provides consulting services and support. With her extensive healthcare experience, Pat serves as a knowledgeable resource to new and existing clients, helping to guide them through their accreditation and regulatory needs. A Registered Pharmacist, Pat has nearly four decades of healthcare administrative and regulatory experience. Her career in healthcare began within Pharmacy Services where she served in multiple leadership positions including Drug Distribution Supervisor, Assistant Director of Pharmacy and Director of Pharmaceutical Care. Her experience with regulatory compliance, licensure and accreditation spans over 25 years and involved survey coordination and survey readiness and response across hospital, long term care, ambulatory care, behavioral health, and home care practice settings.
